Who Is ADM?

Our Company was formed by two former Collection Professionals with a combined 20 years in the Debt Collection industry.  We know the way creditors and their collection agencies work, which puts us in a better negotiation position.  We know the "inside secrets" of the Debt Collection industry, and can turn our knowledge into YOUR advantage!

We are a small company, not a large corporation with hundreds of faceless phone operators in some far-away call-center.  At ADM we take a very personal, hands-on approach with our clients.  We purposely keep our clientele small and exclusive so that our Debt Negotiators can provide the excellent Customer Service that we pride ourselves on.

When you sign up with ADM, you will be assigned to a Debt Negotiator, who will handle your account from beginning to end.  Your Debt Negotiator will help you with a monthly budget, prioritize your monthly payments, and will identify your accounts that we can help you successfully resolve.

We Know Credit and Debt Collection Law!

Although we are not attorneys, we have a working knowledge of the Federal laws that govern credit issues and debt collection.  The main body of Federal law that governs credit reporting agencies is the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).  The Federal law that governs third-party debt collectors is the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).  There are also other Federal laws that govern credit issues, such as the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA).  Along with these Federal laws, there are often State laws that govern how creditors and debt collectors can operate in your particular State.

Our knowledge of credit and collection law can be used to your advantage in settlement negotiations and when repairing your credit report.

How ADM Differs From Other Debt Negotiation / Credit Repair Companies:

  • We have a working knowledge of and comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).  This is the Federal law that governs companies that provide credit repair services.
  • If a Debt Collector is violating State or Federal law, we will not force you to settle the debt that they are collecting.  Instead, we may refer you to a Consumer Protection Attorney to file suit against the Debt Collector.  Using this practice, we can sometimes have your debt erased for NO out-of-pocket expenses by you!
  • Every State has a time-frame that sets how long a certain debt is valid for, or it's Statute of Limitations.  WE don't force you to settle old debt that is past the Statute of Limitations on the debt, just so we can make a commission.
  • If we find that a certain debt is past it's Statute of Limitations, but still on your credit report, we will first try to have the listing of the debt REMOVED from your credit report.  If that is not successful, we will leave it up to YOU if you would like the debt added to your Debt Negotiation Program.

If a Debt Collector is violating the law, we KNOW it.  This puts us in a much better negotiation position.  If a Debt Collector has violated the law, we can often settle that particular debt for a VERY low percentage.

Because of our knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we can have your credit report updated quicker and more accurately than other Debt Negotiation and Credit Repair companies.

Do you have accounts that you have paid already, but are not showing as paid on your credit report?  If so, we can have those items updated for you AT NO COST with your sign up in our Debt Negotiation Program.

Do you have accounts on your credit report that are listed multiple times?  We can usually have these multiple listings removed within 30 days of your sign up with our program.  Start seeing an increase in your credit score almost immediately!
