Are You A Member Of The Armed Forces?

Thank You for your continued, honorable service to our country.

We realize that being in the military, or being a family member of someone in the military, can be nerve-wracking at times.  Financial matters often fall to the way-side because of the moving, deployments, and other hardships (not to mention the low pay).  Don't worry any more.  We are here to help!

We specialize in helping our men and women in uniform overcome their debt and credit issues.

One of the ways that we do this is our knowledge of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA).

Were you aware that you can notify your creditors of a deployment and they MUST reduce your interest rate to a MAXIMUM of 6%?

Were you aware that you can cancel an automobile lease with NO PENALTY if you are being deployed overseas for 180 days or more?

We can help you enforce YOUR RIGHTS as a servicemember.  Call us today!

Along with enforcing your rights, we can help you to settle your outstanding debt QUICKLY.  Being in the Armed Forces has it's privileges, namely lenders who deal EXCLUSIVELY with Armed Forces members.  We can help to settle your debt AND secure a Debt Consolidation Loan to resolve it quickly!

Are you either currently overseas, or are being deployed overseas?  If so, we can help.  Simply set up an allotment and we can resolve your debt for you while you're gone!  In most cases, we can resolve your debts for you before you come home!  Imagine coming home to a totally debt-free life...

Having problems with a security clearance because of the debt that you have?  Once you sign up with us, we can provide your Command with a letter that demonstrates that you are proactively taking charge of your debt problems, and have made arrangements to pay.  Often, this is enough to satisfy the requirements and your clearance will be granted.  Don't wait until your creditors catch wind of your problem.  Sign up today!

More SCRA info:

  • The 6% interest rate limit applies only to accounts that you took out BEFORE you entered Active Duty.
  • You can cancel an auto lease that you entered into BEFORE you became Active Duty if you are going to be Active Duty for 180 days, or more.  If you entered into an auto lease WHILE you were on Active Duty, you must be able to show that you will be deployed overseas for 180 days or more.
  • If a default judgment is entered against you by a creditor for non-payment, this judgment can be set-aside while you are on Active Duty, and reopened within 90 days after termination or release from service.
