Positions available:
Position: Debt Negotiator
Description: Responsible for contact with ADM's customers, and their creditors. Debt Negotiators are the backbone of ADM's operations, and must be skilled in both Customer Service, and the fine art of creditor negotiation.
Requirements: Associates Degree or higher. Excellent Customer Service skills.
Position: Receptionist
Description: Responsible for answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate party. Assisting our walk-in customers.
Requirements: High School Diploma. Excellent Customer Service skills.
We offer on-site training on many aspects of Debt Negotiation.

- Reading, understanding, and being able to fully explain every aspect of a consumer credit report
